Thank you for supporting Old Soldier’s Road Gumbo. We take great pride in the quality, freshness, and craftsmanship of every pint and quart we prepare. Because our products are perishable food items, we maintain the following refund and return policies to ensure safety and fairness for all customers.
🚫 No Returns on Perishable Food Products
Due to strict food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of gumbo or any food products—opened or unopened. Once an order leaves our kitchen, it cannot be resold or restocked.
✔️ Refunds & Replacements (If There Is an Issue)
We stand behind every batch. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customer-provided incorrect addresses.
However, if your order becomes lost or undeliverable, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
📬 Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.
If you contact us before the order ships, we will correct the address at no cost.
❄️ Shipping Temperature & Storage
Old Soldier’s Road Gumbo is prepared fresh and shipped cold. Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly and storing items properly upon arrival.
We cannot offer refunds for gumbo that spoils due to unattended packages or improper storage after delivery.
💳 How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.
