Please review our delivery policy below: Order Processing Each order is freshly prepared and typically ready within 1–2 business days after payment. To ensure freshness, we currently deliver Monday through Wednesday only. Delivery Area At this time, we only deliver on Long Island, New York. We do not ship outside of Long Island. Delivery Method Gumbo is carefully packed in insulated containers with ice packs to keep it fresh during delivery. Because it is perishable, please make sure someone is available to receive your order. Delivery Fees & Free Delivery Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your Long Island location. Free Delivery: Orders over $75 qualify for free delivery anywhere on Long Island. Free local pickup may also be available — contact us to arrange. Freshness & Storage Gumbo should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. We cannot be responsible for gumbo left unattended after delivery. If Something Goes Wrong If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details. Once reviewed, we will make it right with either a replacement or store credit.
